It also announced the next cohort of its existing 12-week online programs.
The new in-person workshops, the latest format of the popular SuccessCOACHING program, will cover 10 foundational topics followed by a certification exam, delivered over two consecutive days. The instructor-led, interactive program is designed to provide early-career CSMs with the tools, knowledge and support they need to be successful.
According to the recently published LinkedIn U.S. Emerging Jobs Report, Customer Success Manager ranks #4 on the Top 20 list of up-and-coming career choices. Companies across all industries are growing their Customer Success organizations, creating an increasing demand for Customer Success Managers.

In the spirit of customer-centricity, the cities will be determined by votes received from the Customer Success community. SuccessHACKER also confirmed that the next cohort of its online 12-week SuccessCOACHING program will begin on January 16th 2018.
