Each two-day Customer Success Training workshop, ideal for CSMs who work in subscription-based (SaaS) technology companies, will cover 12 foundational Customer Success topics followed by a certification exam. Students who successfully pass the exam will be awarded a SuccessCOACHING Level 1 CSM certification.
