Meet the Agents: Nancy Cross, Pat Bollier, Peggy Clark
As a native Arkansan, Nancy Cross is truly sold on the state and Hot Springs Village. Though she has been a top real estate producer and has received many awards, she considers the satisfaction of her clients and their referrals to others as her greatest achievement. “I love helping my clients find their perfect home,” says Cross. “Buying or selling a home is an emotional experience and I always work hard with both buyers and sellers to make sure that their experience is a pleasant one.”
Cross’s commitment to excellent service, her enthusiasm, and her knowledge of the Hot Springs Village real estate market make her a good choice for both buyers and sellers.
As a long-time property owner, Pat Bollier is very familiar with the Village. The Arkansas native has watched as the community has grown and expanded, adding great amenities that have enhanced the lives of the residents and property owners. “I love the variety that the Village offers,” Bollier says, noting playing eight Village golf courses, working out at the state-of-the-art fitness center, and boating on the numerous lakes. Let Pat put her knowledge of the Village to work for you.
Looking for a new construction home but don’t want to spend a bundle? Then give Peggy Clark a call. The Arkansas native has called Hot Springs Village home for the past 10 years. After retiring from a 20-year corporate career in the food industry, Peggy made the transition to real estate, specializing in new construction, primarily homes under 2,000 square feet and less than $250,000. “Let me help you find the home of your dreams at the price and size you’ve been looking for,” says Clark.
