Not-For-Profit Chicago Coder Conference Celebrates and Promotes Chicagoland’s Technology Community

The Chicago Coder Conference (CCC), now in its fourth year, has finalized its 2017 speakers, tracks and schedule. The conference will be held June 26-27 at the Gleacher Center located at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. The CCC is a 2-day conference offering over 100 unique tech-related sessions across 15 tracks, including Java, .NET, Big Data, UX, IoT, Security, Agile, Cloud, DevOps, Tech Leadership, Agile and more. Sponsored as a not-for-profit event by companies located in the area, including CapitalOne,, Forte, JP Morgan Chase, kCura, Liferay, Gogo, McDonalds, Peapod, STA Group and Trustwave, the CCC supports and promote Chicagoland’s technology community for over 800 participants.

The Chicago Coder Conference recognizes that Chicago has become a major nexus for technology and seeks to nurture and “give back” to its thriving tech community. For roughly one tenth the registration fee, the CCC offers the same high caliber and quality speakers and topics as those delivered at for-profit conferences around the country, such as JavaOne, NFJS, GoogleIO, SpringOne, Amazon Invent, Microsoft Ignite and OWAS Infosec. Providing around 100 sessions options, the CCC presents an excellent opportunity for local developers and architects to come together to increase their depth of knowledge, learn new skills, exchange ideas and connect with other Chicagoland-area technology professionals.

As a not-for-profit event, proceeds for this year’s event will be donated to ChickTech and i.c. stars.

“CCC’s mission is unique in that we are giving any residual profits to leading Chicago-centric non-profit organizations.” – Tom Cumbo, Chief Financial Officer, CCC
