Driven by her desire to grow small businesses within communities, Julie Weitz Gondar is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to learning her clients as individuals within their communities and fields, and specializes in educating military clients who are developing and scaling their own small businesses. It is her goal that her clients take advantage of both military and civilian opportunities to educate, promote and grow their businesses.
Ms. Gondar is Executive Project Coordinator and CEO/Founder of Intuitive Office Solutions, a company that offers an expansive range of consulting services to small businesses in a variety of industries. According to the company’s website, it partners with clients “to design engaging business strategies, develop high quality, scalable solutions and build rich brand experiences.”
In her role, Ms. Gondar uses her consulting skills to help small businesses become more successful. She sources local resources and researches the needs of her clients. Working with military retirees and women in business are her particular areas of expertise and those she is most passionate about having been a retired military spouse herself. Ms. Gondar is in the process of establishing the company’s newest office in Colorado Springs and looks forward to helping to open offices in either Anchorage or Seattle.
