Micross headquartered in Orlando, FL is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeremy Adams to the position of Vice President of US Products & Services. In his new role, Jeremy will direct the strategic and commercial activities of Micross’ SMD, custom ceramic, subcontract, CSP and advanced microelectronic packaging operations centered in Orlando FL throughout North America. Jeremy will work closely with Sales, Quality, Engineering and Operations in delivering these services, plus directly supervise the P&S Product Line Management and Product Engineering functions.
Jeremy joined Chip Supply in 2005 as a Project Engineer and has held multiple Engineering roles prior to assuming his former position as Director of Technology Development. He has over 12 years of microelectronics engineering experience and has a proven record of successfully building customer relationships and driving growth through innovative engineering & sales initiatives. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCF.
