Janick Léonard Encourages Readers to ‘Make This Your Best Life’

Janick Léonard believes that “each of us has an important role to play in this world. She adds, “we can all fulfill our purpose every day – with a deep sense of knowing that we are exactly where we need to be and doing exactly what we need to do to be happy, fulfilled, self-actualized, and positively affecting the world around us.” This belief inspired her to write “Make This Your Best Life: Four Steps to Get What You Really Want—Mindfully” (published by Balboa Press).

The book offers tools to open a path to self-actualization. It is less about manifesting things or striving for achievements or suggesting that wealth will make one happy and more about living a meaningful life. It will help readers shift perspective on how to conduct their lives.

The book is divided in three parts. Part I introduces readers to the four-steps cycle to become a more conscious creator. These steps include cultivating awareness, inspired visualization, emotional affirmation and conscious action. Part II is about cultivating-awareness practice. This practice continues over 27 days; it is filled with ideas that encourage readers to reflect on life and guide them to daily meditation. Part III is about finding answers to the how, why and when in which readers can find self-healing techniques to support their journeys toward the lives they really want.
