The Engagement Success Awards is the first Latin American awards dedicated to highlight clients Engagement, Recognition, Benefits & Internal Communication efforts. A platform to recognize excellence in engagement that inspires action and drives the industry and the employee experience forward.
Winners, including Mcdonald’s Uruguay, Arca Continental Lindley Peru, Mall Aventura Peru, Alpha Credit México and Murchison Uruguay, clearly demonstrated a committed and thoughtful approach to employee engagement.
A panel of independent expert judges evaluated each entry through a virtual online platform. More than 24 directores, VPs, CEO’s and renowned HR experts from all Latin America reviewed each participation in search of creative and effective engagement initiatives. The awards went to what the judges deemed to be the best strategies and actions. The judges were looking for entries that demonstrated a true commitment to a long-term, mutually beneficent collaboration that delivered real, measurable, social, and engagement benefits.
