NEW YORK (PRWEB)

Folio:, the magazine and digital publishing industry’s go-to source for news, business intelligence and peer-to-peer networking, is pleased to open entries for the annual Folio: Eddie & Ozzie Awards. The prestigious awards program celebrates excellence in editorial and design across multiple markets, and is the only one of its kind to honor both magazine and digital design and journalism in the association, b2b, consumer, regional, and non-profit sectors.
Entries are due Friday, May 4, with a late entry deadline of May 18. Winners and honorable mentions will be recognized in New York City on October 9, 2018 during a celebratory dinner at The Folio: Show.
“We take a lot of pride in putting together the Eddie & Ozzie Awards every year,” says Folio’s Content Director, Caysey Welton. “There’s no other program like ours in magazine media. Where else can you celebrate the outstanding editorial and design work in our industry, and across every sector—from trade publications with closed circulations to mass consumer brands that reach millions of readers? And this year we are especially excited because we’ve introduced new categories, including Immersive/Interactive Storytelling, Editorial Use of Data, Art Direction, Digital Visual Storytelling, Graphic Art, Investigative Journalism and more.”
